Using cheret
cheret is an AI-assisted poster and flyer tool requiring an internet connection. Minors should obtain guardian permission where required. You must have rights to submitted photos, text and trademarks. Do not use the service for illegal activity, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, unauthorized access or bypassing usage limits.
Generated content
AI results may contain errors, altered product details or unintended content. Before printing or publishing, check prices, dates, claims, rights and correspondence with the real product. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness or suitability. Use inputs and outputs in compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.
Purchases and restoration
Free allowances and tickets are described on the home page and purchase screen. Payments use the relevant app store or, on the web, a one-time card payment through Stripe; the price displayed at purchase applies. Tickets do not expire. Entitlements belong to your cheret account: sign into that same account after reinstalling. They do not move to a different cheret account.
Refunds and deletion
Unused web tickets are refundable on request within 7 days of purchase. Email cheret@mayu.party with the purchase date and transaction ID. Used tickets are reviewed individually for faults or duplicate charges. Request store refunds through the relevant store. Refunded tickets and export rights are revoked. Account and work deletion are irreversible and do not automatically refund purchases. Export work you need before deleting. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, incidents and abuse prevention may temporarily interrupt or limit service. We will provide advance notice of significant changes or closure where possible. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
